There is good news for Belarusians who are planning a holiday in Turkey

Today, July 1, the restriction that was in effect both for citizens of this country and for all tourists is completely lifted in Turkey.

We are talking about a curfew that has been in effect in the “resort” country since November last year.

The restriction was introduced due to the unfavorable epidemiological situation due to COVID-19.

Previously, people in Turkey were not allowed to go out from 10 pm to 5 am every day, starting Monday and ending on Saturday.

On Sunday, an even stricter rule was in effect – you could not leave the house throughout the day.

It is thanks to such “anti-Covid” measures that Turkey managed to reduce the incidence of coronavirus and pass the peak of this indicator.

However, from the beginning of July all restrictions are lifted, news agencies report. Now you can go out onto the streets of Turkish cities even at night.

The innovation applies to all tourists arriving in the country, including Belarusians.

In addition, Turkish institutions are returning to the “pre-Covid” mode of operation.

However, some restrictions are still in effect. Thus, in Turkey, personal protective equipment – masks – must be used on the street and in public places.

It is also impossible to do without a specially obtained QR code: without it, a tourist will not be able to visit various institutions, including shops and restaurants.
