The situation with the decision of the French authorities to recall their ambassadors from Australia and the United States for consultations continued.

The Republic’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs denied Washington’s statements that the United States and France were discussing the creation of a new alliance, AUKUS.

Let us remember that France eventually lost the contract that was concluded with Australia for the supply of submarines.

The agreement between the US, UK and Australia resulted in the withdrawal of French ambassadors from Washington and Canberra for the first time in history.

In response to the decision of the allies, demands were made in France for the country to withdraw from NATO.
