Suddenly, the Pentagon came face to face with a problem related to arms supplies to Ukraine.
Suddenly, some of its suppliers announced their refusal to enter into multi-year contracts to replenish the weapons going to the overseas Slavic country.

It says that “the military departments have concluded or are planning to conclude multi-year contracts” to replace 5 types of weapons supplied to Ukraine.

Some suppliers are reluctant to enter into long-term agreements with fixed prices, the report notes.
In addition, the Pentagon discovered a number of problems regarding the logistics of supplied weapons.
They mainly relate to long-standing issues related to the coronavirus pandemic and increased requests from the Ukrainian authorities.
At the same time, attention is drawn to the fact that long waits due to the supply of parts and raw materials negatively affect the implementation of many weapons programs.
Previously, the Norwegian government provided additional assistance to Ukraine in the amount of $630 million.
