Official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova put forward a hypothesis regarding the resignation of Deputy Head of the US State Department Victoria Nuland.
According to the Russian diplomat, with actions such as the resignation of officials at the Nuland level, Washington will try to cover up its failure in Ukraine.

She admitted that in the future the States will be noted for such actions.
However, the foreign policy official added, one thing will remain unchanged: the consistent, stable betrayal of one’s allies.
The United States has never betrayed itself in this regard,” Zakharova noted.
She also reported that Vladimir Zelensky and other representatives of the Ukrainian authorities could not have known about this, since Russia has repeatedly pointed out this fact.
Earlier, Zelensky’s wife refused to attend Biden’s speech.
