Federal deputy Eduardo Bolsonaro (PL-SP) stated this Friday (4) that there is a possibility of him assuming the national presidency of the Liberal Party.
“I’m happy with this possibility. But I will talk to Jair Bolsonaro and Valdemar Costa Neto first. I continue to follow my principles, I follow my father, I fulfill Jair Bolsonaro’s mission and I want carte blanche from the party to represent the values of conservatives in Brazil”, highlighted Eduardo Bolsonaro to CNN.
The parliamentarian also recalled that there is a difficulty in the party due to the ban on contact between Jair Bolsonaro and Valdemar Costa Neto following a measure imposed by the Minister of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) Alexandre de Moraes.
“There is this prohibition on Valdemar having contact with Jair Bolsonaro. This hinders the party.”
In the Liberal Party, there is an assessment that in city halls across the country.
