What are they accused of?
It was previously reported that a grand jury in Georgia indicted Donald Trump on charges of trying to influence the results of the 2020 presidential election, which Joe Biden won and, accordingly, Trump did not receive a second term.
The named charges include 13 counts, including violation of the law against racketeering and corruption, incitement to violate the oath of office of a government employee, conspiracy to commit forgery, filing false documents, etc.
