Since April 9, the Turkish Ministry of Trade has banned the supply of industrial goods to Israel on 54 items.
The agency states that the restriction will remain in effect until two conditions are met.
First, the fighting in the Gaza Strip must stop.
Second: it is necessary to ensure the unimpeded delivery of humanitarian aid to the enclave.
As TASS, citing the decision of the ministry, Ankara now prohibits sending various steel and aluminum products to Israel.
The ban also included paints, electrical cables, aviation fuel, oils, fertilizers, and certain types of industrial equipment.
The list of “prohibited” goods also includes cement, building materials made of iron and steel, fittings, and fiber optic cables.
Forklifts, excavators, granite, marble, insulating materials, metalworking equipment, machine tools, bricks, etc. are also mentioned there.
Earlier Erdogan said that Türkiye would declare Israel a war criminal.
