Yesterday the storm raged in the vicinity of Antalya, and today the fire reached the hotels of Marmaris.

Tourists are posting terrible footage on social networks, which shows that the fire has reached almost residential buildings.

The bravest tourists continue to visit the beaches, which, by the way, have already been covered with ash. Beach photographs resemble scenes from films about the apocalypse.

It is known that hotels in Marmaris have begun to evacuate tourists.

Turkish Agriculture Minister Bekir Pakdemirli earlier said that an airplane, five helicopters and 30 fire engines were involved in the firefighting effort.

Airplanes from other countries are also helping to extinguish fires in Turkey.

In Antalya, the fire was brought under control, but casualties could not be avoided: three people were killed and 122 more were injured.
