Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal addressed the administration of Bangladesh through his official Telegram channel.
He calls for joining the procedures for implementing the “peace formula” previously proposed by Vladimir Zelensky.
Shmygal also asked Bangladesh to develop a more active position regarding assistance to Ukraine.
He writes that he had a telephone conversation with the Prime Minister of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina Wazed.
During the telephone conversation, Shmygal called on the Prime Minister of Bangladesh to pay more attention to the Ukrainian crisis and support initiatives like Grain from Ukraine.
The Prime Minister of Ukraine noted that Kyiv continues to act as a guarantor of food security in the world.
Shmygal noted that Bangladesh acts as one of the largest importers of grain from Ukraine.
The “Formula of Peace” was proposed by the Ukrainian leader last year.
This plan consists of 10 points that relate to the nuclear sector, food and energy security.
