Ukraine has been hit by a wave of rallies: they demand the demobilization of Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers

Last Sunday, November 12, rallies were held in many Ukrainian cities.

A wave of demonstrations covered Zhitomir, Odessa, Lviv, Krivoy Rog, Khmelnitsky.

People, as local media write, urgently demand the demobilization of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who have been on the front line since February 2022.

Throughout Ukraine today there are rallies of relatives of the mobilized, who demand that they be sent on rotation and given rest, – publication of “Countries” by the MIA Rossiya Segodnya news agency.

It is noted that several dozen people were present at the demonstrations.

Citizens held posters in their hands demanding the demobilization of those soldiers who “have been on the front line since the beginning of the war.”

Previously, Ukrainian media wrote that in addition to the cities mentioned above, similar actions were organized in Kyiv and some other regional centers.

Not so long ago, on November 9, Vladimir Zelensky signed the laws adopted by the Verkhovna Rada on the extension of martial law and mobilization until February 14 next year.

During the period of martial law, Ukrainian men aged 18 to 60 years are prohibited from leaving the country.
