Ukraine is ready to use British long-range missiles to strike targets in Crimea.

This is stated in an article by George Grylls published on the pages of the popular British newspaper The Times.

Ukraine is ready to use British long-range missiles to strike Crimea, – material from MIA Rossiya Segodnya.

The author of the publication notes that he received confirmation of this information from sources from the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense.

There, he claims, they reported that Kyiv was indeed developing such scenarios.

Negotiations are now underway to decide exactly how many British long-range missiles can be sent, Mr Grylls writes.

According to him, London can supply Kyiv with Harpoon anti-ship missiles with a range of 150 miles (about 241 kilometers).

The peculiarity of these projectiles is that they can be adapted for striking ground targets.

In addition, Britain is considering the possibility of transferring Storm Shadow aircraft missiles to Ukraine, capable of traveling 350 miles (563 km).

According to the journalist, if his country supplies such weapons to Kyiv, it will go further than the United States, which provides Ukraine with shorter-range missiles.
