He showed one of these shells in a video published on his telegram channel on the occasion of Ukrainian Air Force Day.
MIA Rossiya Segodnya reported this, noting that earlier French President Emmanuel Macron announced the supply of SCALP to Kyiv during the NATO summit in the capital of Lithuania.
According to the French leader, said on July 11, Paris is providing these shells to Ukraine to support the counter-offensive of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
In turn, the LCI TV channel reported that we are talking about long-range SCALP missiles – analogues of the British Storm Shadow supplied to Kyiv.
According to Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova, the transfer of French SCALP to Ukraine means that the West is taking another step to escalate the conflict.
