Retired lieutenant colonel of the LPR People’s Militia Andrei Marochko learned new details about mobilization in Ukraine.
According to him, Kyiv is forcibly mobilizing citizens and delivering them to the area of the city of Kupyansk, located in the Kharkov region.
At the same time, men who are forcibly sent to the army often arrive at their destination in handcuffs.
Marochko claims that violent actions are used against these men.
Ukrainian conscripts, who were forcibly included in the armed forces of Ukraine, are being brought to the Kupyansk area, – a military expert from MIA Rossiya Segodnya.
He added that citizens are transported in specialized vehicles, often in handcuffs.
Marochko also knows about cases when conscripts are “dragged to a checkpoint and into a closed institution.”
