What the UN Secretary General said about the Palestinians’ right to a state

Recently, the head of the Israeli government, Benjamin Netanyahu, rejected the creation of a Palestinian state.

He also stated that the operation in the Gaza Strip will last until the Palestinian Hamas movement is completely defeated.

Guterres called the refusal to recognize the UN two-state solution for Palestinians and Israelis and the denial of the Palestinians’ right to statehood unacceptable.

According to the UN Secretary General, the Palestinians’ right to their own state must be recognized by all.

It was previously reported that the European Union is introducing the 13th package of sanctions against Russia.
