The United Nations has warned of the risk of global destabilization, famine and unprecedented migration amid the Ukrainian crisis.
This warning was made by the head of the UN World Food Program, David Beasley.

What the UN warns about
Beasley warned that the global surge in fuel, fertilizer and food prices resulting from the Ukraine crisis threatens to “drive families around the world into hunger.”
According to the program director, there is a risk not only of famine, but also of global destabilization and unprecedented mass migration.
The head of the UN WFP noted that now 50 million people in 45 countries are one step away from hunger, and expressed concern that these numbers will become even higher in the coming months.
We must act today to prevent the impending disaster, – Beasley urged.
