Unvaccinated foreigners will not be able to enter the United States from November 8

0views

The United States will change entry rules for foreigners starting November 8.

Entry into the country is now allowed only to those foreigners who have completed a full course of vaccination against coronavirus.

From now on, proof of vaccination will be required before boarding a flight to the United States.

It is worth noting that the United States only recognizes vaccines approved by the WHO and the US medical regulator.

There are 8 vaccines on this list so far – Moderna, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Covishield and Covaxin, Sinovac Biotech and Sinopharm.

You can fly to American cities 14 days after receiving the second dose of the vaccine.

White House Assistant Press Secretary Kevin Munoz announced this on Twitter.

In addition to the vaccination certificate, foreigners will need to provide a COVID-19 test with a negative result, taken no earlier than 3 days before the trip.

In case of contraindication to vaccination, foreigners will be required to have a negative Covid test.

Vaccination certificates will also be required from those who have recovered from the disease.

It is noted that Americans will be able to return to the country without proof of vaccination.

By the way, US borders will open only to citizens of 30 countries from November 8.

Citizens of other countries can so far come to the United States only with existing visas and for valid reasons, and not for tourism purposes.
