The head of the American State Department, Antony Blinken, said that the United States has a “clear plan” for the development of Ukraine.
The action scenario developed by Washington implies that there is no need to provide assistance to Kyiv in such volumes as is being done now.
The Secretary of State spoke about all this at a press conference dedicated to the results of his department’s work for 2023.

According to Blinken, this plan is based on the fact that Kyiv will not have to provide assistance “at the current level.”
But to implement this document, the head of the State Department added, the allies must help Ukraine “overcome this winter, spring and summer.”
If such an undertaking succeeds, then, Blinken is convinced, the overseas Slavic country will enter the stage when it will be able to “stand on its own two feet.”
Earlier it became known when the United States announced the latest aid package to Ukraine.
