In other words, the visit to the Ukrainian capital by the head of the overseas foreign affairs agency is unannounced.
At least, this is how some political scientists and other specialists in this field evaluate it.
And that Blinken is in Kyiv on September 8, MIA Rossiya Segodnya with reference to the Associated Press.
Blinken arrived in Kyiv on an unannounced visit to show support for Ukraine, the news agency said.
As previously reported, the United States has approved military assistance to Ukraine totaling $10 billion.
By the way, the new package of such support also includes Excalibur guided projectiles with GPS guidance.
