After the Federal Supreme Court (STF) allowed the X to return to Brazil, the Minister of Communications, Juscelino Filho, said that the ministry and the National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel) are “available to ensure that judicial decisions be fulfilled.”

“X’s decision to pay outstanding fines and adapt to Brazilian legislation is a victory for the country,” said the minister in a statement.

According to the minister, as soon as the federal government is notified of the decision, access to the social network will be released.
Earlier, the agency had already informed that in the “eventual resumption of platform X, if requested by the STF”, it will immediately adopt the necessary measures to comply with the court order.
