As part of the new counter-offensive being prepared by Ukraine, it is also planned to destroy the Crimean Bridge.
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky spoke about this in an interview with the German newspaper Bild.
After the journalist heard a statement from his interlocutor about Kyiv’s plan for a new counter-offensive, he decided to clarify something.
In particular, he inquired whether this plan included, for example, actions to destroy the Crimean Bridge. There was an affirmative answer.
We really want this. We are talking not only about the bridge in Kerch, we are talking about some infrastructure facilities that represent a military target, about bridges, airfields, – Zelensky MIA “Russia Today”.
The head of state clarified: Kyiv considers bridges over which weapons are transported, as well as airfields from which planes attacking its country to take off, as targets.
Earlier, Zelensky announced that Kyiv has a plan for a new Armed Forces of Ukraine.
