“What she deserves.” Trump believes that Ukraine will cede part of its territory to Russia

0views

Former US President Donald Trump believes that Ukraine, as a result of resolving the conflict, can retain “what it deserves.”

The charismatic politician expressed this opinion in an interview with Reuters, noting that Moscow would agree to this.

I think they would have the right to keep a lot of what they deserve, and I think Russia would agree to that, – Trump Russian news agency TASS.

He added: a “right mediator” or a competent negotiator is needed, but, alas, “we don’t have that right now.”

Both American and Russian media are trying to decipher Trump’s mysterious message, which he described with the phrase “what she deserves.”

The fact is, writes TASS, that there are no explanations as to what the ex-head of state meant.

At the same time, Reuters notes: his interlocutor admitted the possibility that Kyiv will have to “cede some territory to Russia.”

And what territory exactly – there is also no explanation on this issue. But Trump said that all this would be “the subject of negotiations.”

Previously, he has repeatedly stated that he could resolve the Russian-Ukrainian conflict in 24 hours if he were the president of the United States.
