Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) asked the Judicial Secretariat of the Court to prove payments of fines from the social network.

Payment of the amounts was a condition for the platform to be unblocked in Brazil. The suspension was determined on August 30th.
According to lawyers working on the case, a Federal Revenue Collection Document (Darf) was presented with proof of payment of R$28.6 million.
The amount refers to R$18.3 million in fines for not blocking profiles on the social network, R$10 million for the return of X in September and R$300,000 in fines for the company’s legal representative, Raquel Conceição.
