Vladimir Zelensky fired the heads of departments of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Kyiv, Lvov and Ternopil regions of the country.
The president’s decision regarding these citizens is contained in the decrees he signed.
Thus, according to the document, Sergei Zayats, who until this day headed the main department of the SBU in Kyiv and the Kyiv region, – MIA Rossiya Segodnya, lost his position.
Artem Bondarenko was dismissed from the post of head of the SBU department in the Lviv region.
Also, by presidential decree, Yuri Boreychuk, who previously headed the SBU department in the Ternopil region, was dismissed.
The reasons why Vladimir Zelensky made such personnel decisions were not indicated.
However, the press service of the office of the head of state published information according to which Bondarenko was appointed to the post of head of the SBU department in Kyiv and the Kyiv region.
Earlier, the Ukrainian leader fired the head of the SBU Ivan Bakanov and the Prosecutor General Irina Venediktova.
