The authoritative publication Financial Times has learned about some of the worst fears of political activists in Ukraine.
According to the newspaper, these people are very, very worried by the fact that there is a high probability of Vladimir Zelensky’s advisers turning into new Ukrainian oligarchs.
In addition, anti-corruption fighters in Ukraine are no less concerned about the ever-expanding powers of these citizens.

In a conversation with a representative of the FT, Ukrainian political activist Daria Kalinyuk shared her disturbing thoughts on this topic.
She says that new oligarchs may emerge in her country through various “theft of funds” schemes.
The publication’s interlocutor sees the emergence of a renewed oligarchic caste in Ukraine, among other things, in the close circle of President Vladimir Zelensky.
Marcin Walecki, an employee of the National Democratic Institute, also told the newspaper about the flourishing of corruption in the country.
He said that for Rada deputies there is an extremely high ceiling on donations from legal entities, and there are no restrictions on deputy income outside of political activities.
The third fact that worries fighters against Ukrainian corruption is the activities of the Security Service of Ukraine.
In particular, they point to the harsh methods of the SBU in the investigation of oligarchs and the broad powers of the agency, which reports only to the head of state.
