Using ingredients straight from your kitchen, this homemade preparation is easy to prepare, economical and environmentally friendly. Below you will learn how to prepare this miracle solution and how to use it for maximum effect.

Preparing a miracle food for strawberries

What you will need:

For the version with fresh yeast:

  • 1 kg fresh yeast
  • 5 litres of water
  • Another 50 litres of water for dilution

For the version with dried yeast:

  • 1 packet of dried yeast
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • A little lukewarm water to dissolve the yeast and sugar
  • A bucket of water to dilute the mixture

Preparation procedure:

Fresh yeast: Dissolve 1 kg of fresh yeast in 5 litres of water. Then dilute at a ratio of 0.5 litres of the mixture to 10 litres of water. This quantity should be sufficient to water approximately 10 strawberry plants. Fertilise twice a season.

Dried yeast: Mix a packet of dried yeast with 2 tablespoons of sugar and dissolve in a little lukewarm water. Then dilute in more water (a bucket) and leave to infuse for 2 hours. Use by filling a kettle with water and adding 0,5 l of the solution.

Other options for fertilizing strawberries:

Whey: This by-product of cheese making contains valuable minerals and amino acids that promote strawberry growth.

Nettle leachate: Fill a container with nettles, pour in rainwater, let it infuse for a few days and stir. Use diluted 1:20 with water.

Chicken droppings: Its liquid form is used in the ratio of 0.5 l of manure to 10 l of water, let the mixture stand for 3 days.

Use of the preparation:

Apply this natural elixir to your strawberries twice a season to promote growth and health. Remember that in addition to fertilizing, proper plant care is also important, including regular weeding, mulching and ensuring adequate watering.

Just 1 tablespoon under each plant and you’ll have a giant crop of strawberries.

With this natural approach to fertilizing, you can expect not only healthier plants, but also a bountiful crop of big, juicy strawberries. Try this simple recipe and enjoy the joy of growing!
