In that sense, recently the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (Profeco) alerted through its social networks about two specific products that, thanks to a defect in their production, are being sold with a flaw.
That is why the government agency in charge of watching over the rights of consumers has communicated the measure of making an immediate refund to anyone who has purchased it.
Detergent to be withdrawn from all points of sale
In a “recall”, Profeco, in collaboration with the company Procter&Gamble , alerted about 8,190 units of the detergent Tilde Pods, since they have a failure in its closing system that could cause difficulties both to transport the product from the supermarket to the home and for the consumer to use it at home.
In this way, Profeco communicated through the Consumer Magazine’s X account that the countermeasure for this situation will be the reimbursement of the total cost of the product without the need to present the purchase receipt.
