A Culinary Experiment
Today began with a culinary experiment, which ended with a real gastronomic pleasure. The photo shows two slices of pizza, but while I’m writing this text, I couldn’t resist and finished the last piece. Ahahah!
Simple Ingredients
The recipe for this pizza is quite simple, but the result is simply amazing. To prepare it, you will need the following ingredients: — Thin pizza base — Pesto sauce for the base — Mozzarella, sliced — Cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters — Some greens (basil or parsley)
Steps to Make the Pizza
That’s how I made this yummy:
- I smeared the pizza base with pesto sauce to give it a fragrant and rich taste.
- Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and spread evenly over the entire surface.
- Cherry tomatoes are spread out between pieces of mozzarella, adding bright color accents and a fresh taste.
- Sprinkle with herbs to complete.
Baking Instructions
Baked in the oven at 220 °C for about 10-12 minutes, until the cheese melted and turned golden.
The Delicious Result
