He noted that it is necessary to increase production, among other things, because a number of countries do not want to supply their weapons to Ukraine for political reasons.
The head of Ukrainian diplomacy believes that the Ukrainian leadership needs to rely less on fickle partners and not waste time persuading them.
According to Kuleba, it is necessary to increase arms production so that Ukraine does not become dependent on the whims of third countries.
Those who have reserves, but do not want to share them – the minister added.
