Ukrainian infantry, during another attempt to break through in the Svatov direction in Donbass, came under fire from their own artillery.
This was reported by LPR People’s Militia officer Andrei Marochko, citing intelligence data at his disposal.
During the next attempt by the armed formations of Ukraine to break through our line of defense in the Svatov direction, the enemy’s company-tactical group entered the destruction zone of its own artillery, – security officer of MIA “Russia Today”.
The officer admits that the reason for this could be a lack of coordination with the artillery units.
As another version of what happened, he names the problems that arose with communications in this front-line sector.
The commander of the assault unit practically exposed his personnel to the attack of the Ukrainian troops, noted Andrey Marochko.
The result of this was the destruction of part of the infantry forces and assets, the rest returned to their original positions, he added.
